The long awaited photo video is here! Thank you so much to for the gorgeous video. Nathan is so amazing to work with and just take a look at his videos, they ROCK! They are modern, fun, vibrant and feel more like a music video than something a videographer from Utah put together! The makeup, hair, and wardrobe styling was provided by the fabulous Kimi Copenhaver and thank you to my gorgeous models Shannon and Jace. Enjoy…and remember if you are looking for a pretty cool duo, book both Nathan and me early…we won’t disappoint you!

Preview for the “B” Family

September 7, 2009

This is the fourth time I have had the opportunity to take pictures of the “B” Family from Wyoming. They are the coolest, funniest family I think I have ever met. Here is your preview…you guys rock! Oh and if you have never seen Nacho Libre before, it comes highly recommended by this family. WATCH IT! :0)

J Man!

June 20, 2009

As promised here are some more pictures of Jamin. (Finally!!) Jamin is an awesome football player and so we decided to shoot some photos at the Rice Eccles Stadium at the University of Utah because his team played their state game there. I invited Jon Woodbury to come along (he played football, and had the connection to get us the sweet hook up shooting on the field. Plus he just rocks. Really he does!) We started off with the football photos and ended up doing an urbany type of shoot in downtown Salt Lake City. So J Man, thanks for a wonderful shoot and congratulations on your graduation. Watch this boy…he is headed to college on a football scholarship!

Future NBA Player???

May 27, 2009

Study this boy’s face, and study it hard. Why you ask? This boy measures in at 6″10 and is only 16 years old! I am certain he is headed for big things with basketball. Maybe the NBA?? Seriously, you should see him play hoops. I was so excited when Cal booked me to do his photos. He rented this cool tux for Jr. Prom and wanted some “sweet” pictures in it. We had a lot of fun trying out different locations and man, everywhere we went we ran into what I call his “fan club.” He has so many friends, it seems that everyone in Cache Valley knows who he is. Well, I guess it would be tough not to. I mean just look at him!?! I think I am going to get an autograph now so that when he makes it big, I can show it off. Enjoy the slide show of the cool, classic look that only a guy like this can pull off. Oh yeah, watch out NBA….Cal is going to knock your socks off!

Class of 2009

May 17, 2009

Here is a sneak peek of a few of the photos taken from my senior shoot extraordinaire two weeks ago. This of course is just the graduation announcement, but just wait…..I will wow you with some more of the photos from the shoot in a post sometime this week.

Family and Finger Photos

April 23, 2009

This series of photos were taken for “Grandma Pam” the world’s coolest crafting, scrap booking and photo taking lady I have ever met. We spent two hours shooting every possible grouping of this family for grandma. She brought her list, it was very thorough and I was impressed. We did the entire group, each individual family, just the kids from each family individually, then together, then just the grand kids, the grand kids with the grandparents….well you get the picture. (No pun intended!) I thought I would just post a few of the groupings because there were just so many! The picture of the fingers is of the five girls from one of the families. They wanted me to take a picture of their fingers and this “thing” they do. I asked why they did it and what it meant. All five of them just kind of giggled and said they didn’t know why, they just did. I thought it was kind of endearing. All of these photos are going to be given to grandma for Mother’s Day. How cool. So think ahead and perhaps book a Mother’s/Father’s Day Session. Trust me, the gift of family photos is priceless.

Fun In Evanston

November 16, 2008

Can these kids get ANY cuter? I went to Evanston to take pictures of the oldest boy for his senior pictures, and ended up taking pictures of all 5 of these cuties! I couldn’t resist, plus the backdrop was awesome. We shot all of the pictures right next to the Bear River. The lighting was perfect, it was a bit chilly, but WOW we had a great time. My husband John is getting pretty good at getting people to laugh for the camera. What would I do without him? Anyway it was a pleasure working with the fabulous Barton family, and I hope”Mr. J” LOVES his senior pictures.

Rah Rah Rah!

September 4, 2008

Let me introduce you to “Miss S” from Wyoming! I am still amazed at how much energy this girl had during the entire shoot. It was hot, and muggy outside and she was still full of pep. I kept wondering how she channels it all, and then I found out she is a cheerleader! After the shoot, she wowed both me and my daughter with some cool stunts. But the best part of the whole day? Just look at her awesome smile!

Fun at the Skate Park

August 12, 2008

This shoot at the skate park was one of the most exhilarating shoots I have ever done. Talk about bravery, I was lying on the ground and shooting as bikes and skateboards jumped OVER me. Not one of them landed on me though, so I was pleased. But as I always say….anything for a great picture!!!!

La la la LIESEL!!!!

August 10, 2008

I was fortunate enough to meet Miss Liesel while she was here visiting for the summer. Let me tell you this girl has an incredible laugh and I LOVED it when she would just crack up in the middle of a shot. The results are amazing. I couldn’t have asked for an EASIER girl to photograph. This girl loves life and lives it to the fullest! I am so glad I got to spend some time with her!
